Constellia acts as a thin prime contractor. Contracting Authorities contract directly with Constellia. Constellia in turn contracts on back to back terms with the appropriate subcontracted supplier selected from its dynamic marketplace.
We operate three service levels that allow you to select the level of support you require per procurement project. This ranges from you utilising the Constellia Neutral Vendor Solution as a transactional platform and carrying out the procurement yourself; to full sourcing support, where we carry out the procurement on your behalf.

Bishop chadwick catholic education trust
Constellia helped Bishop Chadwick Catholic Education Trust to procure a supplier that was able to provide a robust implementation of their server infrastructure and active directory. The project covered all the Schools within the Trust and the Trust HQ buildings.
Following a competitive exercise, the Trust awarded the project to their preferred supplier and achieved an approximate £10k saving for their Schools.
Cardiff Council on behalf of 127 schools
Following the Welsh government decision to provide free school meals to all primary school children in Wales, Cardiff Council established that they needed to provide an additional 22,000 free school meals to our students.
